If you are under the Maintenance Contract with Gemini Data Services, then all of your Computer Problems are my responsibility. I am watching of of the Computers every day - I get notified when a problem occurs and I can remote in and fix it. Do you have a question or an issue? you pick up the phone and call or send an email and I will quickly remote in to resolve it. I am responsible for programs on your Computer, so if they need updating? its on me. Is something 'Weird' going on with your system? I have probably seen it and fixed it before, so I can have it done quickly.
